SAVE the scanned image in the same format already chosen above (PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIFF).SET the finished file FORMAT to be PDF or.CHANGE the default SCAN OUTPUT from 100% down to 10%, 25%, 33%, 50% of the original.OPEN the Scanner software application on your system.PLACE the printed document on a scanner (or place it in the feeder).PRINT your document (8.5" x 11" or whatever size) and remove it from your printer.SOLVED!!! RESIZE THEIR DOCUMENT THE EZ WAY. STUPID ME! I have been paying for the WRONG "productivity" application my entire adult life. In fact, I've seen this error more than 10,000 times over 30+ years. for 30+ years, I always get the same or similar ERROR:
